PBJ Overnight Oats

Inspired on the American all-times Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich, this delicious combination of Peanut Butter and Jelly will enhance your breakfast with healthy oils a nice touch of sweetness, combined with the nutritious and energy booster overnight oats base!

You will only need a jar with seal or an airtight container to prepare your overnight oats!

Serving size: 2 – 3 portions

Prep time: 10 min or less

Soaking: 4 hours min or overnight

Ingredients

½ cup of Overnight Oats premix

½ cup your favorite milk (dairy or plant based)

¼ cup of Yogurt (or substitute for peanut butter if you are a fan o PB!)

2 – 3 teaspoons of Jam 

¼ cup of raspberries (or berries, optional but highly recommended ;)).

Preparation in 3 simple steps

  1. Shake your Overnight Oats before opening and add to your jar the oats and the liquids. Mix well to incorporate the ingredients. 
  2. Seal your jar/container and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or soaking overnight.
  3. Divide the mix in 2 – 3 glass (depending on your portion size) add 1 tsp of butter, 1 teaspoon of jam per glass and some berries. Enjoy!

Banana BOOM

Let’s go bananas with this delicious and easy to make recipe using our Cranberries & Chia seed granola

Ingredients

½ cup of Overnight Oats premix

½ cup your favorite milk (dairy or plant based)

¼ cup of Yogurt (greek version is highly recommended!)

½ mashed banana y ½ sliced for decoration

1 – 2 tbsp of our Cranberries & Chia seeds Easy Peasy Granola (get yours)

1 tbsp Almond butter or your fav. nut butter (optional)

Preparation in 3 simple steps

  1. Shake your Overnight Oats before opening and add to your jar the oats, the liquids and the mashed banana*. Mix well to incorporate the ingredients.
  2.  Seal your jar/container and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or soaking overnight.
  3. Divide the mix in 2 – 3 glass (depending on your portion size) add the sliced banana, the granola and almond butter.

* you can add the mashed banana during the soaking process or mix it afterwards when serving in individual portions. Enjoy!

Strawberry Parfait

Who said we cannot have dessert for breakfast?

When it comes to dessert Strawberries and chocolate are the perfect combo. This kid friendly recipe will make your mornings fun and delicious!

You will only need a jar with seal or an airtight container to prepare your overnight oats!

Serving size: 2 – 3 portions

Prep time: 10 min or less

Soaking: 4 hours min or overnight

Ingredients

½ cup of Overnight Oats premix

½ cup your favorite milk (dairy or plant based)

¼ cup of Yogurt (greek version is highly recommended!)

1 tbsp cacao powder

½ cup strawberries divided (cut in small pieces, leave some for decoration)

¼ cup of dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs as well!

Preparation in 3 simple steps

  1. Shake your Overnight Oats before opening and add to your jar the oats, mix the cocoa powder. Add the strawberries cutted, milk, yoghurt and mix well to incorporate the ingredients. 
  2. Seal your jar/container and leave in the fridge for 4 hours or soaking overnight.
  3. Divide the mix in 2 – 3 glass (depending on your portion size) decorate with strawberries and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
